You will then be able to Add sessions to your schedule and get virtual meeting access information specific to each session. 

⭐️Once you add a session to your Schedule, it virtually "reserves" your spot. If you are unable to attend one of your reserved sessions, please remove it from your Schedule ASAP. In addition, we have limited access to only allow for adding one session per time slot.
⭐️Sessions marked as Full, will NOT BE ABLE TO BE JOINED.
⚠️Due to the virtual, open nature of our event, reserving your virtual seat does not necessarily guarantee your spot in the presenter’s chosen video conference platform. Both the presenters and event facilitators are not responsible for guaranteeing your virtual seat. We have tried to employ strategies to reduce the chance of this from happening.

Organized by Adam Wiseman, Digital Learning and Innovation Coordinator, McDowell County Schools and Stacy Lovdahl, Educator on Loan, NCDPI Digital Teaching and Learning, our goal is to provide teachers with access to the expertise of North Carolina educators and beyond, who are successfully using virtual/distance learning tools and strategies.

Connie Warren has more than twenty years of experience in public education. Her varied expertise includes literacy, general pedagogy, and curriculum development. She served four years at the district level as an Instructional Technology Trainer and Instructional Materials Coordinator, nine years at the campus level as a Literacy Coach, and began her career as a 3rd and 4th-grade teacher. Connie is now impacting education as an Engagement Specialist with Mentoring Minds, LLC. During her tenure in training positions, she has delivered thousands of training hours to district leaders and teachers on topics including instructional technology, all areas of literacy, TEKS implementation, and best practices. Connie earned her BSIS in 1999 and an M.Ed in Educational Leadership in 2005 from The University of Texas at Tyler.
