You will then be able to Add sessions to your schedule and get virtual meeting access information specific to each session.

⭐️Once you add a session to your Schedule, it virtually "reserves" your spot. If you are unable to attend one of your reserved sessions, please remove it from your Schedule ASAP. In addition, we have limited access to only allow for adding one session per time slot.
⭐️Sessions marked as Full, will NOT BE ABLE TO BE JOINED.
⚠️Due to the virtual, open nature of our event, reserving your virtual seat does not necessarily guarantee your spot in the presenter’s chosen video conference platform. Both the presenters and event facilitators are not responsible for guaranteeing your virtual seat. We have tried to employ strategies to reduce the chance of this from happening.

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
The KEY to garnering the most out of one’s ‘odyssey’ is the willingness to explore the experiences and challenges, to turn the events into learning and then to actively convert learnings into an opportunity to grow and discover oneself - it is time to rise to the challenge.

Participants will be exposed to the 5 practices of effective leadership from the research of James Kouzes and Barry Posner. For each practice, participants will engage in collaborative activities to reflect and grow their capacity.
