In this session, we’ll explore the Friday Institute’s researched and practiced mental model (Innovative Leader) which is full of mindset abilities that all innovative educators and leaders must be grounded in. We will discuss strategies to help manage the unique stressors that social service demands. Then take those mindsets and actively dive into scenarios to practice each mental model before you try it back in your school. Finally, you will leave with a new sense of empowerment about the problems you face. Perhaps you'll leave looking at the problems you see today, as no longer problems at all, but rather challenges that lead to new innovative opportunities tomorrow.
