You will then be able to Add sessions to your schedule and get virtual meeting access information specific to each session. 

⭐️Once you add a session to your Schedule, it virtually "reserves" your spot. If you are unable to attend one of your reserved sessions, please remove it from your Schedule ASAP. In addition, we have limited access to only allow for adding one session per time slot.
⭐️Sessions marked as Full, will NOT BE ABLE TO BE JOINED.
⚠️Due to the virtual, open nature of our event, reserving your virtual seat does not necessarily guarantee your spot in the presenter’s chosen video conference platform. Both the presenters and event facilitators are not responsible for guaranteeing your virtual seat. We have tried to employ strategies to reduce the chance of this from happening.

Organized by Adam Wiseman, Digital Learning and Innovation Coordinator, McDowell County Schools and Stacy Lovdahl, Educator on Loan, NCDPI Digital Teaching and Learning, our goal is to provide teachers with access to the expertise of North Carolina educators and beyond, who are successfully using virtual/distance learning tools and strategies.

In this session we will take a deep dive into what it means to create spaces, collections and programming that serve the needs of all learners, are actively anti-biased and support student agency and engagement. Participants will need to bring a digital device and be prepared to dig into their own catalogs, space design and more in order to identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth. Together we’ll critically examine our work and leave with strategies and resources for taking the steps necessary to create libraries that our learners deserve.
