You will then be able to Add sessions to your schedule and get virtual meeting access information specific to each session.

⭐️Once you add a session to your Schedule, it virtually "reserves" your spot. If you are unable to attend one of your reserved sessions, please remove it from your Schedule ASAP. In addition, we have limited access to only allow for adding one session per time slot.
⭐️Sessions marked as Full, will NOT BE ABLE TO BE JOINED.
⚠️Due to the virtual, open nature of our event, reserving your virtual seat does not necessarily guarantee your spot in the presenter’s chosen video conference platform. Both the presenters and event facilitators are not responsible for guaranteeing your virtual seat. We have tried to employ strategies to reduce the chance of this from happening.

Participants will actively be involved in this session through the use of Pear Deck. All participants will be able to access an interactive PowerPoint, which we will control so what they see projected will be what they see on their screen. Through this interactive PowerPoint participants will be able to view the inside of our class Teams thoroughly and have moments to reflect on what they have seen and heard. This will be done with slides that have questions or activities where each participant can type a response, pick from multiple choice answers, draw on a slide, or drag objects on their slide. After participants have participated on an interactive slide we can showcase responses to build deeper understanding and better conversations on the use of this resource. By using Pear Deck in this session participants get to experience 2 resources, Teams and Pear Deck. Pear Deck has added Microsoft PowerPoint to their platform to support the increase use of Microsoft products. We will conclude the session by using Flipgrid as an exit ticket/final reflection. This creates a fun way for participants to share their takeaway and reflection through a video format. Since Flipgrid is accessible through Teams, we will showcase this product as well during our interactive PowerPoint with Pear Deck.
