You will then be able to Add sessions to your schedule and get virtual meeting access information specific to each session.

⭐️Once you add a session to your Schedule, it virtually "reserves" your spot. If you are unable to attend one of your reserved sessions, please remove it from your Schedule ASAP. In addition, we have limited access to only allow for adding one session per time slot.
⭐️Sessions marked as Full, will NOT BE ABLE TO BE JOINED.
⚠️Due to the virtual, open nature of our event, reserving your virtual seat does not necessarily guarantee your spot in the presenter’s chosen video conference platform. Both the presenters and event facilitators are not responsible for guaranteeing your virtual seat. We have tried to employ strategies to reduce the chance of this from happening.

NCed Talks Synchronous vs Asynchronous Learning LIMITED

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Limited Capacity seats available

This session is an open forum, where we invite ALL educators to ask questions, share ideas & successes with the group. #NCEdTalks meets twice-weekly, Mondays 2-3pm and Wednesdays 11am-12pm. More info can be found at bit.ly/ncedtalks

Transitioning your classroom to an online platform is more than just uploading a few videos and links. And the skills needed to create engaging and effective virtual "lectures" are different than what we use in our face to face classrooms. Drop in to discuss best practices for synchronous and asynchronous remote learning - because this session is set up as a "drop in" format, CEUs certificates are not awarded.
