You will then be able to Add sessions to your schedule and get virtual meeting access information specific to each session.

⭐️Once you add a session to your Schedule, it virtually "reserves" your spot. If you are unable to attend one of your reserved sessions, please remove it from your Schedule ASAP. In addition, we have limited access to only allow for adding one session per time slot.
⭐️Sessions marked as Full, will NOT BE ABLE TO BE JOINED.
⚠️Due to the virtual, open nature of our event, reserving your virtual seat does not necessarily guarantee your spot in the presenter’s chosen video conference platform. Both the presenters and event facilitators are not responsible for guaranteeing your virtual seat. We have tried to employ strategies to reduce the chance of this from happening.

How to Grow a Great Podcast FULL

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Limited Capacity full

Come and learn how to grow a great podcast channel! We will be going over how to podcast from start to finish! You will learn through the scope of our activity with the Banoak Garden Club in which students created episodes about their harvest.

Participants will learn steps to begin podcasting with their students. We will begin by exploring free podcast platforms like anchor.fm by creating an account. We will explain and allow time for learners to set up accounts and explain how to scaffold podcasting for a variety of grade levels. They will also learn how to create and publish student work.

Participants should expect to walk away excited and prepared to begin podcasting with students. They will have a better understanding of how to use podcasting to enhance critical thinking skills, collaboration, communication, and creativity.
