You will then be able to Add sessions to your schedule and get virtual meeting access information specific to each session. 

⭐️Once you add a session to your Schedule, it virtually "reserves" your spot. If you are unable to attend one of your reserved sessions, please remove it from your Schedule ASAP. In addition, we have limited access to only allow for adding one session per time slot.
⭐️Sessions marked as Full, will NOT BE ABLE TO BE JOINED.
⚠️Due to the virtual, open nature of our event, reserving your virtual seat does not necessarily guarantee your spot in the presenter’s chosen video conference platform. Both the presenters and event facilitators are not responsible for guaranteeing your virtual seat. We have tried to employ strategies to reduce the chance of this from happening.

Organized by Adam Wiseman, Digital Learning and Innovation Coordinator, McDowell County Schools and Stacy Lovdahl, Educator on Loan, NCDPI Digital Teaching and Learning, our goal is to provide teachers with access to the expertise of North Carolina educators and beyond, who are successfully using virtual/distance learning tools and strategies.

Kara Brem has taught 3rd, 4th, 5th and 7th grade in both private and public schools over the past 21 years and is currently the Instructional Facilitator at Davis Drive Middle School in Cary, NC. She is certified to teach Elementary Education and Middle School Mathematics in the state of North Carolina. Additionally, Kara is a National Board Certified Teacher in Literacy, a Seesaw Ambassador, and a Google Level 1 & 2 Certified Educator. Kara shares her love of learning, being a connected educator, and using technology in education with other teachers through professional development sessions, webinars, and at both local and state education conferences. Previously, Kara has presented topics on Choice, Voice and Engagement,The 4C's, Ignite Your Digital Toolbox, and Conducting Powerful Student Learning. In years past, she has brought Student Showcase presenters to NCTIES to share Students Implementing Seesaw, the Flipped Classroom in Middle School Math and Fortnite vs Middle School Math. Kara has been an Ignite Keynote Speaker at Seesaw Connect and has presented at both Seesaw Connect and ISTE. Additionally, Kara presents global webinars monthly on various topics with user ease and integration of Seesaw into the 3rd through 8th grade classroom.
