You will then be able to Add sessions to your schedule and get virtual meeting access information specific to each session.

⭐️Once you add a session to your Schedule, it virtually "reserves" your spot. If you are unable to attend one of your reserved sessions, please remove it from your Schedule ASAP. In addition, we have limited access to only allow for adding one session per time slot.
⭐️Sessions marked as Full, will NOT BE ABLE TO BE JOINED.
⚠️Due to the virtual, open nature of our event, reserving your virtual seat does not necessarily guarantee your spot in the presenter’s chosen video conference platform. Both the presenters and event facilitators are not responsible for guaranteeing your virtual seat. We have tried to employ strategies to reduce the chance of this from happening.

Rutherford County Schools
Middle Grade Instructional Coach
East Rutherford Middle School
I love middle schoolers.  I have been teaching middle school or coaching middle school teachers for twenty-one years.  As the education landscape constantly changes, I love to learn from others.  Talking to practicing teachers and instructional coaches to find out what strategies are successful in real classrooms with real students energizes me.  I have an interest in revising grading policies, implementing an MTSS framework that helps students at the middle school level succeed, teacher clarity, and student-centered coaching.  I am currently involved in a PLC with other instructional coaches from Rutherford County, and we are basing our meetings on the book Compassionate Coaching:  How to Help Educators Navigate Barriers to Professional Growth by Kathy Perret and Kenny McKee.  I am currently reading The Teacher Clarity Playbook by Fisher, Frey, Amador, and Assof.
