You will then be able to Add sessions to your schedule and get virtual meeting access information specific to each session.

⭐️Once you add a session to your Schedule, it virtually "reserves" your spot. If you are unable to attend one of your reserved sessions, please remove it from your Schedule ASAP. In addition, we have limited access to only allow for adding one session per time slot.
⭐️Sessions marked as Full, will NOT BE ABLE TO BE JOINED.
⚠️Due to the virtual, open nature of our event, reserving your virtual seat does not necessarily guarantee your spot in the presenter’s chosen video conference platform. Both the presenters and event facilitators are not responsible for guaranteeing your virtual seat. We have tried to employ strategies to reduce the chance of this from happening.

North Carolina Museum of Art
Director of Education

I\\'m passionate about increasing access to art experiences and transforming museums into more open and inclusive communities. I left the classroom in 2010 to work at the North Carolina Museum of Art finding new opportunities to serve as a teacher leader and artist educator. I continue to keep my NC Teacher\\'s License and NBTPS EAYA-Art certification active outside of the classroom in my effort to better support students and teachers.

My work at the NCMA has built upon my master’s thesis research ‘Interactive Technology: A Tool for Student-Centered Instruction in Middle School Art Education.’ I developed the ‘Flipped Museum’ distance learning model with Emily Kotecki to create a more active student-centered museum learning experience. I believe technology has great potential to deepen learning and increase access to the arts and museums.
