You will then be able to Add sessions to your schedule and get virtual meeting access information specific to each session. 

⭐️Once you add a session to your Schedule, it virtually "reserves" your spot. If you are unable to attend one of your reserved sessions, please remove it from your Schedule ASAP. In addition, we have limited access to only allow for adding one session per time slot.
⭐️Sessions marked as Full, will NOT BE ABLE TO BE JOINED.
⚠️Due to the virtual, open nature of our event, reserving your virtual seat does not necessarily guarantee your spot in the presenter’s chosen video conference platform. Both the presenters and event facilitators are not responsible for guaranteeing your virtual seat. We have tried to employ strategies to reduce the chance of this from happening.

Organized by Adam Wiseman, Digital Learning and Innovation Coordinator, McDowell County Schools and Stacy Lovdahl, Educator on Loan, NCDPI Digital Teaching and Learning, our goal is to provide teachers with access to the expertise of North Carolina educators and beyond, who are successfully using virtual/distance learning tools and strategies.

Weston Kieschnick

Weston Kieschnick is an award winning educator, best-selling
author, TEDx speaker, coach, husband, and father. He is the
author of the best selling book, Bold School: Old School Wisdom +
New School Innovation = Blended Learning that Works, co-author
of The Learning Transformation: A Guide to Blended Learning for
Administrators and the creator and host of Teaching Keating; one
of the most downloaded edu-centric podcasts on iTunes.
Weston has worked in collaboration with innovative tech and
publishing companies (Google, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Apple)
to redefine teaching and learning in the digital age. As such, he’s
advised educators from every state in the US and more than 30
countries around the world. Districts where Mr. Kieschnick has
designed content, implemented initiatives, and trained
educational leaders have been recognized by the Learning
Counsel as being among the top ten in the nation for their work in

In 2009, Kieschnick moved to Denver, Colorado to shift his focus
from traditional models of education to online and blended

Teacher, Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal, Instructional
Development Coordinator and Dean of Education. Weston
resides in Colorado with his wife Molly and his children, Everett
and Charlotte.
